Terms of Service

YAVIQ is a token optimization and context compression platform that helps reduce LLM costs by:

• Optimizing prompts and text inputs
• Compressing structured data (JSON, YAML, CSV)
• Reducing RAG document payloads
• Compressing chat history
• Providing optimization metrics and analytics

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not sharing your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Providing accurate information when creating an account

YAVIQ provides API access subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

• Respect rate limits and not attempt to circumvent them
• Use the API in a manner that does not overload or disrupt our systems
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Comply with any usage restrictions specified in your plan

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate API access if we detect abuse, excessive usage, or violations of these Terms.

YAVIQ's Property: The Service, including all software, algorithms, documentation, and content, is owned by YAVIQ LAB PVT LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Property: You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant YAVIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% uptime or availability
• Specific performance metrics or response times
• Compatibility with all systems or integrations

The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• YAVIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YAVIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
  • Third-party LLM provider outages or errors
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Changes to the Service or discontinuation of features

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the dashboard.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
